TERMS & CONDITIONS


At Pranish Photography, I want your experience to be smooth, fun, and stress-free. These simple terms help set clear expectations for both of us.


BOOKING & PAYMENT

  • A booking is confirmed once a deposit is received. Minimum deposit is 25%.
  • Remaining balance is due on or before the shoot day.
  • Final images will only be released once full payment has been received.
  • Deposits are non-refundable but can be moved to a new date if you reschedule in advance.


RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

  • Things come up — just let me know as early as possible.
  • Cancellations within 3 days (72 hours) of the shoot may forfeit the deposit.


IMAGE RIGHTS

  • All photos are copyrighted by Pranish Photography.
  • Personal sessions include personal usage rights.
  • Commercial or brand usage is defined in your agreement.
  • Please don’t resell or heavily edit images without my permission.


PHOTOGRAPHER’S PORTFOLIO

  • I love sharing my work on my website and social media.
  • If you’d prefer your images to remain private, just let me know in writing.


DELIVERY

  • You’ll receive edited, high-resolution digital photos via a private online gallery or download link.
  • Raw files are not shared unless agreed upon in advance.
  • Delivery timelines vary per project but will always be communicated clearly.


LIABILITY

  • I’ll always do my best to deliver amazing photos.
  • I can’t be held responsible for things beyond my control (weather, venue rules, unexpected issues).
  • If I cannot attend due to an emergency, your deposit will be fully refunded.


CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Please arrange any required location/venue permissions in advance.
  • Arriving on time is key — delays may shorten the session but won’t reduce the fee.
  • If the session extends more than 15 minutes beyond the booked time, an additional full hour will be charged.
